Ice pops are hand-crafted in small batches from a seasonal assortment of fresh, natural, locally-sourced ingredients. No neon or artificial ingredients are ever used in Pop Gelaterie. Just use sugar, herbs, spices, eggs, milk, yogurt, and cream.
